Track my order

When we confirm your payment, we would ship the package immediately and send the Tracking No. to your E-mail after the package was delivered. Under normal condition, Please allow 3-5 working days. You will get the tracking No. quickly after we send your order. Additional delays may occur during the months of September-March due to the large demands and heavy load of postal services and customs. Customs inspection may also cause delay. Please make sure the shipping address and information are correct. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. It takes about 3-5 working days to deliver to your hand. If you require a faster shipping method than quoted, please contact us for shipping quote. If you are still NOT receiving the cargo of the above-mentioned conditions, PLEASE contact us ASAP!! Don't wait.

Shipping

In addition, important duties, taxes and charges, import clearance charge are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or customs, so when you pick the item up-do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

How can I trace my order?

Returns

To return a product, you must email us and inform us with the reason, and provide us with the relevant evidence immediately. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt date; the goods must be unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. Customers must be responsible for all shipping costs of the return of goods. Refunds may take about seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. So, in order to avoid unnecessary returns, please view all listing pictures and read the item description carefully, especially the size, color and any flaws of the item.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us with the reason and provide us with relevant evidence immediately. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 10 days of the receipt date; and the goods must be unworn and contain original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are correct. Customers must be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods.
